How Engagements Work
Most engagements begin with a short scoping conversation to understand the situation, the decision being made, and the stakeholders involved. From there, work is structured under one of three models: a senior-partner-led advisory engagement, a defined-scope execution project, or an embedded partner role where a Catalitca leader joins the executive team for a defined period.
We work selectively. We take on engagements where the problem is substantive, the stakeholders are committed, and the work matches our partners' operating experience.
